Becca Rich

Founder & coach

Meet Becca, the life coaching extraordinaire, and the brains behind Life’skool. Armed with a Bachelor of Applied Social Science degree in Counselling, Becca’s academic prowess was commended for her High Distinctions and Distinctions, which led her to advanced coaching training at The Coaching Institute, but her mischievous side got the better of her, and she never quite finished the assessment for that coveted certificate. Oops!

Becca used to have a secret life as a professional nanny, honing her skills in wrangling tiny humans to perfection. And let’s not forget her kind philanthropic endeavours. She’s practically a charity superhero, lending her time and energy to esteemed organisations like the Sanfilippo Children’s Foundation, Starlight Children’s Foundation, and the Humpty Dumpty Children’s Foundation. Volunteering is her jam!

With Becca’s unique blend of knowledge, parenting experience, mountains of research, and a refreshing honesty (sometimes too honest), she’s here to offer you a diverse skillset that will have you navigating life’s roller coaster like a pro, or just a happy and healthy human. Get ready for laughter, learning, and maybe even a few snort-worthy moments along the way!

Oh, and did we mention Becca’s creative side? Her unscripted entertainment show, “The Crap Cook,” took her close friends on a journey of love, laughter and kitchen mishaps from her own chaotic kitchen. And now she’s stepping into the documentary world with ‘Beautiful Souls,’ a film that will tug at your heartstrings, challenge perceptions, and expose the silent pandemic of struggling families navigating the western medical model. Becca is like a one-woman force of positive change armed with a camera, a spatula, and an unwavering spirit.

“I had no idea I needed a coach”

When I first met Becca I had no idea she was a coach, and no idea I needed one! I am super glad our paths crossed. Her energy is amazing. I was slowly trying to ‘find myself’ again after becoming a Mum couple of years earlier. After reaching out to Becca I took the leap and went for coaching. We had six amazing coaching sessions together and it really opened my eyes up to many things especially mum guilt, remembering who I was, what’s important to me beyond the family and it really set me on a much better course. From these sessions I changed many things – small & big for my own & my families benefit. Coaching is one of the best things you can do for yourself and honestly I’m so grateful that I took the step to ask her for support.
